The warm welcome with a traditional Aarti was enchanting, and the unique wooden room key was a delightful touch that made it feel special.

The location is highly convenient for airport transfers! Staff members are exceptionally accommodating, making stays pleasant. Dining is a luxurious treat with variety and quality.

We enjoyed a lovely family stay, with special consideration for our dogs. The hotel had beautiful ambience, and the breakfast spread was delightful. The friendly staff, especially in the dining area, made our mornings memorable.

My kids wished there were more activities for them.

The chai and paratha were highlights, and I appreciated the attentive service from staff members like Kashif K during breakfast, making mornings enjoyable. the room cleanliness left something to be desired. I found stray hair in my room upon checking in, which wasn’t pleasant. I noticed that the gym facilities could use some updates. it seemed limited. Despite these hiccups, the Jiva Spa offered an outstanding facial experience and was a definite perk.

Just spent 2 nights in a deluxe twin room, and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. I loved the varied breakfast options. The gym was nice, but it felt a bit crowded at times. Definitely loved the cozy vibes and how clean everything was!
